Loyd Ms. Loyd has 28 years experience in Northern California cultural resources management. She has worked on both prehistoric and historical archaeological sites, and has completed research and documentation of historical buildings. Ms. Loyd has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Sonoma State University. She holds a Master of Arts in Archaeology and Heritage from the University of Leicester. She has completed extensive continuing education in regulatory compliance, planning local surveys, and identifying historical resources. She
